We have three spacious studios at The Zone, each one has been purpose built to cater for our huge variety of classes. The Zone Health and Fitness is proud to offer over 65 classes providing you with a fun and varied way to keep fit!
Studio One
Our main fitness studio hosts a wide range of classes to suit all your fitness needs, such as Zumba, Pilates and Les Mills - Body combat classes just to name a few.
The Spin Studio
Our Spin Studio has top of the range Keiser M3 Spin Bikes with some of the best spin instructors in South London! Our instructors’ experience ranges from teaching in the marines to sports specific fitness coaching.
Studio Three
This studio houses our Self-Defence, Karate, Power Pilates and Zumba classes to name but a few! This is our biggest studio, to give you enough room to practice your moves.
