Most classes are free for members. For non-members, classes are charged at various rates and are subject to change. Please call The Zone on 0208 641 8343


HIGH ENERGY/AEROBIC

Zumba

A fun calorie-burning and body-energizing class where you can dance your way to fitness with hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves.

Body Combat

A high intensity martial-arts based aerobics class

50+ Aerobics

A gentle, low impact class with a social feel. Comes complete with a free cup of tea or coffee at the end!

Kettlecise

An intense, fast paced class using kettlebelsl to increase cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone up, shap and improve strength. Complete amazing all-round fitness.

Aero Latino

A fun aerobics based class in corpotating latin influnced moves to motivating music.

Box Fit Circuit

A circuit class bringing boxing elements into it.

Dance Aerobics

A fun aerobics based class building up a routine of dance moves to motivating music, with a toning section at the end.

Hi Energy

This class is a high energy aerobics and resistance type class.

Running Club

The running club takes you out of the gym and onto the road!

Xpresso Spin, Spinning, Super Spin

A group exercise cycling class to motivate and achieve great health and fitness benefits. One of the fastest ways to shed those unwanted pounds in a non-impact workout.

 

TONING & CONDITIONING

Body Conditioning

A total body toning class

Body Pump

A non-impact resistance class using barbells. This is a class that will help to change the shape of your body.

Hula Fitness

A conditioning class designed around the use of hula hoops!

Legs, Bums and Tums

A conditioning class based around exercises on the Swiss ball.

Total Abs & Complete Core Workout

A half hour class combining abdominal and back.

Strengthening exercises to help give you the perfect six pack!

Total Body Workout

This class works the body from head to toe. Classes are split into aerobic and resistance work.

 

 

 

HOLISTIC

Body Balance

Combining the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi working on flexibility, strength, focusing on controlled breathing.

Pilates

Subtle and simple exercises to help prevent the onset of back and postural problems, injuries and stress related conditions. It is adaptable for all ages and shapes.

Yoga/Kuruna

Yoga heps create balace in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

MARTIAL ARTS/SELF DEFENCE

All-Box

Box rounds and lose pounds! Learn how to box in a safe and unpressured environment.
